Many of you have asked about my excercise program. At 60+ years of age, excercising is a very important part of my daily routine. I have incorporated water aerobics into my workout routine for the past 25 years!! My water aerobics excercises are perfect for seniors, children, and everyone in between. My water aerobics routines are a great way to get a fantastic, and fun workout. Water excercise has the ability to improve your body from top to bottom. You can trim, tone, and strengthen your entire body in one of my 30 to 60 minute routines.
Aerobics in the pool increases your heart rate, regulates your breathing rate, and uses full-body movements in continuous motions. My water aerobics routines are adjustable as your strength improves, so that each person can achieve their specific goals. I have ten reasons

1. Water aerobics is suitable for EVERYONE, young and old. People with injuries, joint pain, and arthritis finally have excercises they can do without pain.
